Bandmill Line
We process the large diameter logs on our flexible Bandmill line. The Bandmill can cut up to 6m in length and cuts heavy section sizes up to 300 x 300.
Canter Line
The Canter Line processes our small diameter logs. Logs are pre-sorted by diameter to ensure that we maximise the recovery of sawn timber. This production line cuts up to 4.8m length timber.
Kilning
Our capabilities include ISPM 15 heat‑treated timber, where the timber core is heated to 56 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. We can also offer KD HT (kiln‑dried, heat‑treated) timber. For our fence posts, we carry out kiln drying prior to the treatment stage.
Round Posts
We manufacture round fencing for agricultural and forestry applications, including strainers, stays, and deer fencing. The round posts are dried and subsequently chemically treated in our in‑house treatment plant.
Timber Treatments
We have two pressure vessel, one for green and one for brown timber treatment.
